Bootcamp Dublin is a meetup for anyone interested in outdoor fitness, aimed at helping you burn fat, gain tone, improve strength, develop your core, boost your confidence and at only €7 per session pay as you go, no contracts whatsoever.
Unlike other bootcamps we do not scream in your face or intimidate you, we take a supportive approach helping you achieve your health and fitness goals through encouragement and mutual understanding. The programmes are designed for complete beginners who haven’t exercised in years through to fitness fanatics.
The exercise routines are designed to be the best to lose fat, improve your overall tone and develop your lean muscle strength through a variety of HIIT and strength based exercises, and by making it fun alongside other like-minded individuals. The sessions last just over an hour, including warm-up, sprints, and stretches.
All you need is a pair of running shoes, loose clothing and a good attitude, you may also wish to bring a bottle of water and towel. Sign up on our meetup page to join in.
